User Agreement

Every entrant and driver / rider shall sign the relevant declaration and undertakings set out hereunder, which shall form part of the days application form.

I understand that should I at the time of an event in which I intend taking part, be suffering from any condition/disability ( whether permanent or temporary ) which is likely to prejudicially affect my control of my vehicle/machine, I should not take part in the event concerned.

I further understand that, I am entering this event at my own risk and do not / cannot hold the organisers responsible for any and all injuries, crashes or accidents sustained at "Wetherd MX Park". 

I declare that, to the best of my belief, the driver(s) / rider(s) entered by me possess the standard of competence necessary to take part in any class entered, and that any vehicle / machine entered will be suitable and raceworthy / roadworthy, having regard to the speeds which will be reached.

I declare that any vehicle / machine entered by me, will comply with all regulations and specifications pertaining to the event entered / category of motorsport concerned.

I accept, that this is a fun event, there will be no protests, fighting or bad vibes at the track or in the pits / camp area regardless of situation and the venue owner has the right to admission. Any trouble makers will be asked to leave the venue and could be subject to a venue ban or fine.

Riding and Vehicles Rules:

Slow Down: You are required to ride at a slower speed in the pit area. 
 
No Stunts: Do not perform any dangerous stunts, such as wheelies, in the pit area.  

Designated Entry/Exit: Only enter or exit the track through the designated areas.  

Pit Vehicles: Only ride bikes or ATVs in the track area, and ensure drivers of UTVs and trucks wear helmets, full gear, and seatbelts.  

Safety and Equipment Rules:

Wear Your Gear: A helmet and full protective gear, including boots, gloves, long sleeves, pants, goggles, and a neck brace, are required for all riders, even when riding pit vehicles.  

Fire Safety: Always have a fire extinguisher available and follow the track's rules for permitted fire types (e.g., only propane, not wood fires).  


Pit Area Conduct:

Courtesy: Be considerate and give other riders space and a buffer zone.
  
No Non-Riders on Track: Only staff and approved media or trainers are allowed on the track. 
 
Pets: Keep pets leashed and under control, or they may not be allowed on-site.  

Clean Up: Dispose of all garbage in the designated areas.  

Quiet Hours: Be aware of and respect any designated quiet hours for generators and pit vehicle use. (8am to 8pm) 

Wash Bay Use: 

Please use water sparingly. Bring own pressure washers.
